• A contemporary, global reimagining of the ancient Chinese poem Jiu Ge (Nine Songs).
• Explores loneliness, queerness, identity, and exile, linking Qu Yuan’s displacement to
the creators’ own migration experiences.
• A multidisciplinary performance blending installation art, film, live movement, and
music.
• Evokes a dreamlike, fragmented, ritual-like atmosphere inspired by the concept of the
bardo.
• Created through a non-hierarchical, intercultural process using a feminine, polyphonic
dramaturgy layered with multiple emotional textures
